The number of revisions included in each service package is specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable revision requests.

7. Project Timelines

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client responsiveness, scope changes, and unforeseen circumstances. Delays caused by the client may result in timeline adjustments.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellation: If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date. Upfront payments are non-refundable.

Hunt-AI Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion. In such cases, we will refund any payments for work not yet performed.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our services
• We are not responsible for third-party services, platforms, or tools used in conjunction with our services
• AI-generated content may require human review and editing for accuracy

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunt-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
